Grant has over 30 years experience in management, marketing and advertising including extensive experience of international markets. Starting his career in advertising, Grant has been responsible for building some of the biggest brands in the world, ensuring that the creative aspirations of companies were delivered in conjunction with their commercial success. Latterly Grant has been instrumental in developing an effective start up, with Board Director responsibilities for a successful stock market placement. He is a creative and entrepreneurial senior executive, with a proven track record in building businesses' (including his own company), building brands and introducing innovative and inspiring ideas to companies.
Graeme has worked in numerous roles across the insurance industry over the past 17 years. He has a broad experience from his time in both SME and global corporate Underwriting, across multiple lines of business. These underwriting posts have moved from Technical through Business Development positions. In addition to these traditional insurances, he has spent a significant amount of time working in strategy, business change, transformation, and technology. Latterly Graeme has steered his career towards the mutual arena, developing a passion and drive to build a scalable business deploying the benefits of mutuality and Risk Sharing across all sectors and geographies.
Gareth has supported the insurance sector and worked within the market for almost two decades. Since 2015 he has become increasingly engaged with the startup community and has been a mentor for Startup Boot Camp’s InsurTech programme since its inception in London. Gareth is an Advisory Board Member for a range of start-up insurance and technology businesses, supporting them with accessing human, intellectual, and financial capital. A dedicated and focused sales professional, passionate networker and enthusiastic voice for change in Insurance, he is excellently positioned and qualified to establish and maintain the InShare Risk Management business, whilst also being core to the strategic direction of InShare SMART Risk as a whole.
Deborah is a qualified solicitor who has worked in various departments during her legal career, starting off in PI, family law, commercial litigation, and most recently company law leading to her joining InShare this year as Head of Legal Services. Deborah has a vast amount of legal knowledge and has assisted clients on a wide range of issues in large private practice law firms. Deborah has experience in Claimant/Defendant work, MOJ and Fast Track claims along with private civil applications in the County Court, High Court and RCJ.
